Danielle M. Spradley, ESQ. is one of the founders of Brewster Maroun | Spradley, PLLC. Prior to that Mrs. Spradley was the Principal of Danielle Spradley & Associates, P.A.

EDUCATION

Mrs. Spradley is a graduate of the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and she obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. She has been admitted to the Florida Bar and has been practicing since 2004.

EXPERIENCE

Mrs. Spradley is a distinguishable attorney as she is a dedicated, detail oriented and a determined attorney. She is an experienced litigator and trial attorney whose areas of expertise include real estate law to include full representation of Creditor’s Rights, Real Estate Law Civil Litigation and Consulting. Mrs. Spradley is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Mrs. Spradley also testifies as an expert witness in civil and commercial cases involving attorneys’ fee disputes.

Mrs. Spradley is aggressive, thorough, persistent and diligent in her advocacy for her clients.
